Man, that looks delicious, doesn’t it? I really tried to make more burgers just like this one for a nice relaxing Sunday evening dinner, but I of course got too fancy with it and instead ended up failing miserably. By hastily defrosting and partially cooking 1/2 pound of meat in the microwave, throwing in worchestire sauce for flavoring, and probably way too many pieces of diced onion for texture I was left with a crumbly patty that just fell apart as soon as it hit the grill. The only burger that stayed together at all is the one picture on the left, and even that one has a major split running through its middle. This isn’t that big of a deal, but look at the mess the others caused.
